This summer, two major projects in China have reached critical milestones. In Lujiang, Anhui, the Low-Carbon Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park is now operational. In Xinxiang, Henan, the Fengqi Garden Affordable Housing Project has topped out. One drives zero-carbon transformation in advanced manufacturing; the other supports industrial-park integration with quality talent housing.

Located in Anhui's Lujiang High-tech Zone, the park is a key part of the "National G60 Sci-Tech Innovation Corridor Demonstration Park," focusing on high-end equipment and new energy & new materials industries.

Industrial-Park Supporting Housing: Strengthening Talent Attraction and Urban Integration

The Fengqi Garden project sits at the heart of the Pingyuan Demonstration Zone Industrial Park in Henan, home to established companies including Qianweiyangchu, Hualan Biologics, and Jinshui Cable. With a total floor area of 110,000 square meters, the project will deliver 1,154 affordable rental units for industrial workers and their families – a critical piece of infrastructure for talent retention and park development. The project has now topped out.
